Looking for guidance if there is a way to have the LED strip strobe for use on a service truck.

Yes. The lighting effects options for either our M7 and KEYFOB RF Conrollers include: DIMMING, FADING, BREATHING and STROBING. They also offer SEVEN levels lighting effects including dimming. Important to note however they initially turn on solid so if you want them to strobe, you'd have to use the remote to adjust to that mode.
