Not without using a relay. The amperage draw of the number of LED strips sufficient to cover a 40' motor home will likely exceed the amperage rating for that on/off remote control (6 amps). This remote control is designed mainly for motorcycle or small format vehicles with less than 300 leds. The proper way to make this remote work for higher amperage environments would be to install a relay in the circuit such that the on/off remote triggers the relay (milliamps). The amperage draw for the lights would be going through the relay using a properly sized circuit.
