The base kit is a single color LED light kit in the color you select from the drop down. It includes a simple push-button ON/OFF switch. The lights can either be on or off using that push-button switch. No other features such as dimming, flashing, strobing, wireless on/off, etc. If you want those features we offer the option to add an LED controller that does that (look at the 'Remote Control Options' drop down but that's an upgrade.
