No. That said, if you want to dim the LEDs the solution is to install the dimmer between the 12vdc output coming from the power supply and the LEDs. For single color LEDs, there are a number of dimmer options to do this. For RGB multi-color LEDs, the LED controller has a dimming feature which does it too.
