All of our LED lighting systems are 12vdc devices. A single 16' long LED strip contains 300, three diode LEDs. Three diode LED strips (RGB and Single Color) draw approximately 3.25 amps on max brightness (white) for 300 LEDs. Colors other than white will draw less amperage. WATTS = Amps x Volts. Assuming max brightness on white, total wattage for a 16' LED strip is therefore about 39 watts (12 x 3.25 = 39).
