No. These are ADD-ON LED strips designed to provide better visibility primarily for travel trailers and fifth wheel trailers. They wire directly to your existing tail/turn/brake light systems. As such, they will function exactly as the stock lights function. Our LED controllers have a flashing feature (among others) but not for use as you're describing.
