It's up to you. It all depends on how you wire them. Typically though, most end cap LED lights are not connected to the trailer's running light system. They're usually tied to an inside switch of some kind. In order to connect them to the marker lights, you'd need to wire them differently than the stock lights are wired. One big issue however is amperage draw. Adding that many additional LEDs to your tow vehicle's lighting system may cause the Lighting Control Module of your tow vehicle to throw an error and shut down. If you are going to wire them that way, we would strongly suggest using a heavy duty relay vs connecting them directly to the trailer's running lights.
