How many LED strips you can add depends on the LED controller you purchase, the length of the LED strips you purchase and how many of those LED strips you want to add. Like every electrical lighting power product on the market, our LED CONTROLLERS have a rated amperage capacity which should not be exceeded. That capacity is expressed in terms of the number of 5050 LEDS (each 5050 LED has 3 diodes). Some of our LED controllers have a rated capacity of 900 LEDs. Some are rated for 1800 LEDs and some are rated at 3000 (the product page indicates which are which). A single 16' long LED strip has 300 LEDS. A single 8' strip has 150 LEDs and a single 4' strip has 75 LEDs. To determine the maximum capacity for your configuration, you'll need to do the math based on the components you select.
