Boogey Lights are native 12vdc devices so when using them in a vehicle that is also native 12vdc, we recommend staying with 12vdc. Converting the power from 120vac to 12vdc adds cost and just one more possible point of failure. Plus, on an RV not all 120vac outlets are live unless you're connected to shore power or running a generator. That said, if you can't easily bring 12vdc power to the area where you're adding the lights, we offer 5amp, 10amp and 20amp 120vac to 12vdc power converters for this very purpose. Very simple.
