It depends on how that 36v power is setup in your cart. Many 36v carts use a combination of 6v or 12v batteries to achieve the total 36v (e.g. six 6v batteries or 3 - 12v batteries). Our lights are 12vdc devices. As such, you can pull 12v from your 36v battery bank using one 12v battery or two 6v batteries. Very simple to do..
